There are many factors we take into account when we build a client's quote. Size of project, complexity, materials, site challenges, etc. Typically, our projects start at the $3K mark.

Everyone has heard of disputes between homeowners and contractors often because they didn’t spend a little time and money to make sure everyone is on the same page with the design and details. Both parties cannot afford to go without some level of documented design, therefore, we never do! We want to partner with you in creating the space you desire while enjoying the process, so let’s get to it!
At the beginning, we will meet in person to discuss the project design. Once the project is ongoing, we will use email and the phone to communicate during the project about plans, timing, and any other details that arise.
Depending on the season and product availability, you can expect us to arrive between 8:00—9:00am, unless we make other arrangements.
The crew is responsible to carry out daily labour tasks, have site meetings amongst themselves, and leave the site in safe and relatively clean conditions. All team members will be wearing required PPE, perform duties in a safe manor, and refrain from foul language and discussion. We value our team's integrity and conduct. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to send us an email.
No crew member has the ability to make a change order. A change order must be approved and re-quoted by the project designer.
